Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Systems Micristar 828-D10-511-511-120-00 828D1051151112000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Middex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the DL100S99SU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCD192X64 manufactured by Micro-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WKL90 by Manufacturer Middex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Microfast Brand ASYM8000120AI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mighty-Comet such as SD15251 equipment made by Mighty-Comet have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mighty-Comet products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mighty-Comet" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 90630 made by Micro-Memory as well as the popular INERTIALINK original spares produced by Microstrain

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2PH1 by Microswitch and SD15251 spares by Mighty-Comet are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 08BSPDT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Milnor.
